Initial Problem:
One of our customers needed to get the presentation from .pdf document. His .pdf file contained 12 pages all of which had to be put into the presentation. There were no additional requirements about what kind of presentation should it be, he just needed the pages to be inverted after being shown for 30 seconds.
Troubleshooting process:
I`ve researched that there are absolutely no free applications allowing to perform this. But a mention should be made, that Adobe Photoshop has the possibility to open .pdf files.
Solution:
The .pdf document opened in Adobe Photoshop is divided on proper amount of pages, each page is consider as the independent picture. After opening the .pdf file the following dialog box appears:

One may choose the pages to proceed working with or select the images found in the .pdf. The selection of some other features is provided as well.
On the next step you have the possibility to make changes to the pictures, add any information on them etc. After the changes are made, each page should be saved in a .jpg format (or any other, but this one is the most economy from the point of view of disk space required). After doing all of that I had 12 images of A4 format, which could be easily put to any presentation even not depending on what application will you use to create one, because graphical images are supported with all types of software used for the purposes like this.
In a conclusion I want to specify that this method is useful for small .pdf files. If someday you need to make changes to your .pdf or even to create a presentation on its` basis - using Adobe Photoshop might be helpful.
