LiveRepair Introduces New Advanced Reporting System For Partners

On September 1, 2004, LiveRepair.com released a new version of its reporting system, which is now available to partners of LiveRepair.com.

The new system is available for all partners who outsource online tech support from LiveRepair.com. This advanced system enables partners to generate comprehensive statistics on helpdesk usage, monitor question rating and keep track on expiration dates of customer's accounts.

This update allows partners to access detailed online reports on service usage and rating, user account statistics and complete records of all support calls. This will help partners to provide better customer care and improve the performance of the helpdesk department.
